1) Tangkap gambar holiday banyak2 lepas tu tengok balik picture2 tu. So seolah2 we re-create and re-live situation holiday tu lagi.
2) Share the photo with friends and family. Macam upload kat FB ker, pas tu tag2 lah member, so ader lah idea nak borak.
3) Don't go straight to work. Take another one to two holiday. Hehe
Hmm, so itu jer lah yang I ingat. Actually yg depress sangat ni, sebab malas nak bangun awal, and tempoh jam di federal highway hari2. Urgh, but, i'm not complaning. Layan kan aja lah.
But tak pernah dengar info pasal post-holiday depression ni. Kalau post-partum depression tu pernah lah dengar. Iaitu perempuan yang depress lepas beranak. Pelik kan?
